Wired Survival

Lets log out, lets shut down
Common, now don’t wear that frown
Lets switch-off, lets go offline
Don’t worry life will still be fine

Internet is not a home,
Chat rooms are not real rooms
Facebook is not your bed
You can’t tweet once your dead

iPad is not a royal palace
iTunes is not real music
Art is not photoshop
You no more buy from a real shop

Battery is not your life
Apps are not your relatives
Temple run is not a real run
After some time its no more fun

Friend requests wont get you friends
Re-tweets won’t make them your fan
You make a big fuss about
not having Wi-Fi  but just 1MBPS LAN

Profile pic. Oh that’s not really you
Wall post! Again you copied it from somewhere new
Hangouts, now they have a new meaning
Ah! Google is now beaming

Emoticons are not emotions
Porn is not really sex
Stumbling is not a hobby
Life is not just timeline

Like, Comment and Share
That’s what now you really care
Cell phones are now super smart
Yes we know you brought it from flipkart

Traffic cones are not VLC media player
Your are lonely even though you play multi player
JAR is just a file
And this has been since a while

Email ID is now your identity
Passwords are your biggest secrets
Wallpaper is the only thing you change
You prefer staying within Wi-Fi range

Birds are not always angry
Candies are not always crushed
Atlas has now really shrugged
Google maps is what you have hugged

Google has shaped this civilization
Software has curbed the imagination
We are dwelling without any realization
Cataclysm is in its instantiation

Words of wisdom have been spoken
So you can log in and restart
If that brings happiness to your heart
I have tried my best to awaken.

Active critically.
